Deacon Family Ministries

The literal definition of the word “deacon” is servant.  The deacons of FBC Gilroy see it as our role to meet our church family’s needs in whatever way we can.  One of the ways that we attempt to accomplish this is through our “Deacon Family Ministry”.  Each family within the church is assigned a deacon.  We need your help to make sure that needs in our church are being met.  Whenever you learn of a family in our church that needs ministering, please make sure that the church office is made aware of it.  If your own family encounters a situation in which you need support, please don’t hesitate to call your assigned deacon at any time (night or day).
